PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The studies have shown that the water vapor volatile quantity of normal human skin is 240-1800 g/m2/24h/37ºC within 24 hours. If the moisture permeability of polyurethane film is lower than the moisture volatilization rate of skin, the water vapor may accumulate between skin and dressing. In severe cases, it may macerate the skin, affecting the adhesive eddect between the wound healing and the skin. However, the transparent dressing has high permeability and good adhesive, thus guaranteeing the quality.
